DEBORAH WOOD

(Proprietor/Owner of MTHW): Graduate of Muscular Therapy Institute of Cambridge in 1994, and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. Deb also holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in 1986. Deb's Specialties include Advanced Training in Injury work for treatment of: Tendonitis, Muscle Strains, and Ligament Sprains, also, neck, shoulder, and low back injuries, other specialties include Orthopedic Massage, Cranial Sacral and Lymph Drainage Therapy, Treatment of TMJ, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis and Golfers Elbow, Whiplash, Sciatica and Chronic Muscle Pain and Tightness. Deb also offers Ear Candling, Pregnancy, Sports, Relaxation and Wellness Massage. Techniques include Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cross Fiber Frictioning, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Deb believes whole heartedly in educating her clients about the benefits of Massage Therapy as a part of their health and wellness and injury/repetitive stress prevention. As a successful adult competitive figure skater, Deb has a passion for working with athletes of all types to enhance their performance and competitive edge.

CINDY HAMILL

Graduate of Spa Tech Institute of Ipswich, MA. in 2005. Cindy is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who specializes in Deep Tissue Massage using a combination of techniques such as, "CORE" Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release, Stretching , Range of Motion, and Heat or Ice Therapy as needed. She has natural deep pressure, but will always adjust to client's level of comfort. Cindy believes that each session should be specfically designed to meet each client's individual needs in order to achieve the desired results. She also offers Orthopedic Massage, Swedish (relaxation) Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Chair Massage, and Ear Candling.

EILEEN CARMODY

Eileen graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute/ Cortiva, located in Watertown Ma in 2007. Her specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Neuromuscular Therapies which she utilizes to help relieve chronic pain and to promote stress management. She is state licensed in Massachusetts and nationally certified by the National board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Before Eileen became a massage therapist she spent many years working in the corporate world and fully understands how the workplace environment can cause both emotional and physical tension throughout the body. She has experienced the benefits of massage therapy first hand and appreciates how massage can help to alleviate the stressors involved in the day to day business world. She combines her knowledge of massage with her compassion and commitment to best address the individual needs of each client.

SHARON GARDNER

Sharon graduated from the Everest Institute in Chelsea Ma. in 2008 and is licensed in the state of MA to practice Massage Therapy. While working as a personal fitness trainer at Fitness Together in Winchester Ma. she discovered the benefits of massage therapy for herself and her clients. After discovering just how beneficial massage on a regular basis was to herself and her clients she decided to take an extra step and further her education with a career in massage therapy. Sharon's specialties include Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Chair and Swedish Massage. She enjoys challenging herself by continuing to learn new things about the body whenever she can. Sharon is also a fan of team sports and enjoyed playing softball while growing up is currently on a dart team. She enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and commits fully to addressing their individual needs.
