DEBORAH WOOD

(Proprietor/Owner of MTHW): Graduate of Muscular Therapy Institute of Cambridge in 1994, and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. Deb also holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College in 1986. Deb's Specialties include Advanced Training in Injury work for treatment of: Tendonitis, Muscle Strains, and Ligament Sprains, also, neck, shoulder, and low back injuries, other specialties include Cranio Sacral and Lymph Drainage Therapy, Treatment of TMJ, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis and Golfers Elbow, Whiplash, Sciatica and Chronic Muscle Pain and Tightness. Deb also offers Ear Candling, Pregnancy, Sports, Relaxation and Wellness Massage. Techniques include Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cross Fiber Frictioning, and Neuromuscular Therapy. AMY BLUMIN WARD

Graduate of the Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami Florida in 2002. Amy is Nationally Certified. Amy specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy (for the upper extremity, cervical/cranium, torso, pelvis, lower extremity and posture, acture, and gaiting), Orthopedic Massage (for conditions such as frozen shoulder/hip, thoracic outlet, carpal tunnel, trigger finger and sprains and strains), Active Isolated Stretching, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic DrainageTherapy, Advanced Hot Stone Therapy and is certified in Pregnancy Massage during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. In addition, Amy offers Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Swedish, Tragger and Relaxation Massage, as well as Ear Candling. Amy's range of pressure can vary from deep, for those that need to get the knots out, to extremely soft, for those that need a tender touch. Amy also has personal knowledge of conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Lyme disease.

BETTY CARAVALLO

Graduate of Muscular Therapy Institute of Cambridge in 1988. Betty is a Nationally Certified Therapist and Educator.Her specialties include treatment for headaches, low back pain, neck and shoulder pain. She uses Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Alexander and Trager Techniques that will leave you invigorated, relaxed and rejuvenated. She also provides Pregnancy Massage and Ear Candling. Betty has naturally deep pressure and also teaches other massage therapists how to incorporate deep tissue massage into their treatments all over the United States. Betty's treatments include relaxing massage techniques, stretches and deep pressure (not hard or hurtful) to meet your exact needs. Betty's 20 years as a successful massage therapist and love for the field speaks for itself through her talented hands.

DANIELLE HONAN

Danielle is a 2004 Graduate of Spa Tech Institute of South Portland, ME. and also has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maine. Danielle is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and specializes in Deep Tissue, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Relaxation and Stress Reduction Massage, TMJ dysfunction, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other soft tissue injuries. She also incorporates other modalities when appropriate such as, Myofascial Release, Positional Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. Danielle works with her clients to educate and empower them to take their health into their own hands and teaches them self care treatments, stretching and strengthening exercises, tips on preventing future injuries, and nutritional guidance. Danielle also offers Swedish Massage, Sports Injury, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy and Ear Candling.

CINDY HAMILL

Graduate of Spa Tech Institute of Ipswich, MA. in 2005. Cindy is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who specializes in Deep Tissue Massage using a combination of techniques such as, "CORE" Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release, Stretching , Range of Motion, and Heat or Ice Therapy as needed. She has natural deep pressure, but will always adjust to client's level of comfort. Cindy believes that each session should be specfically designed to meet each client's individual needs in order to achieve the desired results. She also offers Swedish (relaxation) Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Chair Massages, and Ear Candling.

SUSAN BLUMIN

Susan Blumin – “Suzy”, a graduate of Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida, is available the last two weeks of every month. Besides maintaining her practice in North Miami, Florida, Suzy also travels nationally, teaching Orthopedic Massage Therapy, a pain-free technique for releasing frozen shoulders, hips, necks and other joints, and Hot Stone Therapy. Besides her advanced Orthopedic Massage Therapy treatments, she also practices Structural Integration, as developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, a series of treatments that realign the body in response to years of abuse due to gravity, injury, misuse and occupation. She also practices Prenatal and Labor Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching and Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Relaxation Massage that ranges from soft and nurturing to deep and satisfying. Suzy is also Nationally Certified and will return your phone calls to answer questions about her therapeutic treatments.

LORI CASSOLA

Graduate of Spa Tech Institute of Ipswich, MA.2005. Lori's specialties include Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish (relaxation) Massage. Her techniques include Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Cross Fiber Frictioning to help reduce or eliminate muscle pain and tightness. Lori also performs Ear Candling and Chair Massage. Her massages are designed to what the clients needs are at the time of their session. Her personal knowledge of patients under going cancer treatments such as radiation and chemotherapy give her greater compassion and sensitivity in the touch that she provides.
